12:30pm Lent Lunches in Support of Christian Aid
Church House, Milborne Port
Delicious lunches of home-made soup, bread, and cheese will be served each Friday in Lent, beginning on 7th March. They will continue in Church House until the final lunch on 11th April, which will be in the ReBorne building in North Street, by kind invitation of ReBorne Community Church.
Each lunch will begin at 12.30 p.m. with a very short reflection. Tea and coffee will be served at the end. Please donate generously if you can, as all gifts will go to Christian Aid.

St John's, Milborne Port
St John's Choir members meet most Fridays in St John's Church from 7 to about 8pm to rehearse hymns and anthems for the following Sunday. For Holy Communion services the choir normally sings two hymns during communion, but occasionally sings an anthem instead of one of the hymns. New members in all voice parts (SATB) would be very welsome.

Starting Mon 10 March 2025 in Church House from 10-11am
A Lent group with a difference. We will be using a course called ‘The Rest is Worship’. Many of you will have heard of mindfulness or meditation, but I wonder if you knew that they are two different words for a way of quieting the mind which have ancient roots in Christianity and other religions as well?
Join us once a week for some quiet time. Lent begins on 5th March (Ash Wednesday).
