Lord Allen again invited members of St John's Church congregation to this year's Parish Picnic in the grounds of Ven House. Church members and their family brought their own picnic, chairs etc but as before Lord Allen's hospitality also included a glass of Prosecco, tea and coffee. The occasion offered the opportunity to visit other parts of the grounds including the two donkeys.
